Short Term Classes and Short term workshops
Daily Yoga classes are offered for regular yoga practitioners. In addition, we offer a 7 - 10 day introductory class on Asana, Pranayama and Meditation for newcomers to Yoga.

This is a wonderful way to expand oneís knowledge and awareness of Yoga. We conduct week-long and weekend retreats and workshops on different divisions aspects of†on Yoga.

This is a 5 to 7 day workshop on Pranayama for beginners, yoga teachers and yoga therapists. This course aims to give the student a thorough understanding in the practical as well as theoretical aspects of the pranic body.

Today Asana and Pranayama are widely known but very few people are proficient in kriyas. This programme introduces the six fundamental techniques to purify the body for the preparation of meditation. This internal cleansing eliminates the toxins and blockages from the system.

We conduct week-long meditation camps. Classes include the practice of Asana and Pranayama. The practice of Asana and Pranayama prepares one physically and mentally for the practice of Meditation and yoga teachers as well as beginners are welcomed and encouraged to participate.

This camp is specially organized for children from the age of ten upwards. The kidsí yogic camp will provide a stimulating and playful environment and children are encouraged to come and join this fun and playful yogic festival. In this course children will be taught the yogic approach of personality development. Story telling and fun yogic games are also included in the experience. The aim of this yoga programme is to make the child confident both physically and mentally and provide them with a complete and natural immersion into a healthy yogic lifestyle.
